THEY STARTED FOLLOWING ME,AND I STARTED FOLLOWING THEM! :) I WENT TO CHECK THEM OUT,AND I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED! I LOVE THEIR SOUND! IM SURE THEIR MUSIC IS GOING TO BE ALL OVER REAL SOON..COMMERCIALS,TV SHOWS,EVERYWHERE!THEIR MUSIC REMINDS ME OF BEING HOME IN L.A!THIS BAND HAS THAT SOUND THAT IS LOVED IN CALIFORNIA AND IN MANY OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD! 1.WHEN YOU GUYS WERE CHILDREN,WHAT DID YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU GREW UP?
CC-A rocket scientist! I thought there's nothing cooler than flying to space. Must have gotten that impression from reading comics.
2.HOW DID YOU COME UP WITH THE NAME CHOO CHOO?
CC-The name just perfectly describes the feeling of our sound. We play music that is is straightforward like a train running on its tracks. Also I especially like bandnames that consist of one word written twice. So after I came up with CHOO CHOO we all agreed that's gonna be our name.
3.HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR MUSIC?
CC-STEAM POWERED GARAGE POP!
Take 60ies Teenage Beat, mix with Pop Hooks,add some Garage Rock Stomp, a little dose of Soul and alot of youthful energy and you get the picture how we sound. We just play songs that we'd like to listen to at our own party.
4.HOW DID YOU GUYS MEET?
CC-Me and Yan went to school together. Sam was, well, someday he was just there and played the drums. As for Lili, she used to live in the same apartment sharing community as Yan and that's how we go to know and love her.
5.WHEN IS THE LAST TIME YOU WENT TO CONCERT AS A FAN,WHO WAS THE PERFORMER?
CC-We go to shows by other bands alot, when we're not on the road ourselves. Last gig I've seen was the Black Lips playing at Le ROmandie in Lausanne. Was a great show. 
6.WHICH BANDS OR OTHER MUSICAL ARTIST DO YOU THINK ARE COOL?CURRENTLY?
CC-Tough one. There's alot of good bands out there. A couple of contemporary bands I really like: Black Lips, Deadly Snakes (RIP), Reigning Sound, The International Noise Conspiracy, Caesars, Mando Diao, Moneybrother, Razorlight.
And of course alot of alltime classics: Beatles, The Who, Monkees, The Nerves, The Sonics, Buddy Guy, Otis Redding etc etc etc.
7.WHO ARE SOME OF YOUR MUSICAL INFLUENCES?
CC-Beatles, Sonics, Caesars and everything we're listening to
8.WHAT IS ONE GOAL THAT YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE,THAT YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY,BEFORE YOU LEAVE EARTH?
CC-Too many to list. Really, just getting the most out of our time on this planet
9.WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS FOR 2009?
CC-Playing live all over the world
Writing alot of good new songs
Enter the studio to record our second album by the end of the year
